Important:

PSA turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated turnaround does not include shipping time from the Philippines to the United States, shipment to PSA, return shipment from PSA, customs delays, or final return shipment to the customer.

PSA Grading Prices

Prices below are listed as of June 04, 2026. Pricing and service levels may change if PSA changes its rates, determines a higher maximum insured value is required, or applies an upcharge after reviewing the item.

Listed fees include PSA grading fees, postage to PSA, insurance, and Affinity Games processing fees. They do not include return shipping from PSA back to Affinity Games or final return shipping to the customer.

How to Prepare Your Cards

Follow these steps before sending or dropping off cards for PSA submission review.

Package each card properly Use a penny sleeve and semi-rigid Ultra Pro / Card Saver holder unless otherwise approved by Affinity Games.
Keep cards in submission order Place cards in the same order as your submission form. Presentation matters, so avoid old, dirty, sticky, or damaged holders.
Complete the PSA review form Enter exact item details, declared values, preferred service level, and agreement acknowledgements.
Wait for Affinity Games review We will review service level, declared value, packaging, and possible fees before payment is requested.
Submission processing After items are received, they may be photographed, logged, sorted, grouped, and entered into the PSA submission portal.
Return and final invoice When PSA returns the graded cards, Affinity Games will sort the submission and invoice any remaining balances before release or shipment.

Ship or Drop Off Cards

Use the correct address based on your instructions from Affinity Games. Do not ship cards until your submission details have been reviewed if you are unsure.

Affinity Games PSA Submission Terms

The sections below summarize and organize the full terms for customer review. By signing, submitting, or otherwise providing items to Affinity Games for PSA submission, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Section 1 – Definitions

Affinity Games refers to Affinity Games LLC. Customer refers to any individual, business, organization, or entity utilizing Affinity Games’ PSA Submission Service. PSA refers to Professional Sports Authenticator and its affiliated entities. Submitted Items refers to any trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia, or related items submitted through Affinity Games for authentication and/or grading.

Section 2 – Service Description

Affinity Games provides PSA submission facilitation services and acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and PSA. Affinity Games does not perform grading, authentication, valuation, restoration, or alteration services. The customer authorizes Affinity Games to act on their behalf for preparation, packaging, shipping, communication, and processing with PSA.

Section 3 – Customer Ownership Warranty

By submitting items, the customer represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of all submitted items or possess legal authority to submit the items for grading. Affinity Games reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion.

Section 4 – Responsibility for Submitted Items

Affinity Games assumes responsibility for submitted items from the time they are physically received and processed by Affinity Games until returned to the customer or made available for collection. Responsibility does not extend to losses from inaccurate information, undisclosed defects, counterfeit items, or events outside the reasonable control of Affinity Games.

Section 5 – Submission Photography & Documentation

Affinity Games may photograph, scan, record, and maintain digital records of submitted items, packaging, and submission contents. These records may be used for inventory verification, insurance claims, shipping documentation, dispute resolution, internal record keeping, and PSA submission verification.

Section 6 – No Grade Guarantee

PSA grading outcomes are subjective opinions rendered solely by PSA. Affinity Games makes no guarantee regarding final grades, authentication outcomes, label descriptions, designations, market value increases, or investment performance. Any condition or grade opinions from Affinity Games are informational only and are not guarantees.

Section 7 – PSA Authority

PSA retains sole authority regarding authentication decisions, grade assignments, label descriptions, service level determinations, encapsulation eligibility, upcharges, and additional fees. PSA’s determinations are final.

Sections 8–10 – Service Levels, Declared Value & Upcharges

The customer authorizes Affinity Games to determine grading categories, declared values, and service levels on their behalf. Declared values may be reviewed and adjusted when necessary. PSA may apply value-based upcharges, service-level upgrades, special handling fees, authentication-related fees, or other PSA-imposed charges. Additional fees assessed by PSA are the customer’s responsibility.

Sections 11–14 – Packaging, Insurance, Ineligible Items & Turnaround Times

Cards should be submitted in penny sleeves and semi-rigid Ultra Pro / Card Saver holders unless otherwise approved. Affinity Games may transfer cards into appropriate holders when necessary and charge applicable material or handling fees. Insurance may be based on declared value. Affinity Games is not responsible for PSA determinations that an item is counterfeit, altered, trimmed, recolored, ineligible, or otherwise unsuitable. Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Sections 15–21 – Payment, Uncollected Goods, Marketing, Force Majeure, Governing Law & Acceptance

Invoices are payable within five business days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cards will not be released, shipped, or made available for collection until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Storage fees may apply to uncollected submissions. Affinity Games may photograph or use images of submitted items for record keeping, documentation, social media, marketing, promotional, or educational content. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with disputes subject to courts located in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. Submission of any item constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
