What Not to Use

  • Rubber bands (can leave marks)
  • Paper clips (can scratch cards)
  • Excessive tape (damages cards during removal)
  • Newspaper (ink can transfer)
  • Thin cardboard boxes (crush easily)

Recommended Packaging Materials

  • Bubble wrap: Prevents shifting during transit
  •   Packing peanuts, Packing Paper: Fills empty space
  • Painter’s tape: Easy removal without residue
  • Cardboard Box/ deckbox/ any storage container: container to protect cards from external elements

Packing Process

     Secure cards in a container

Fill Empty spaces with packing peanuts or packing paper

Make sure contents inside the package cannot shift when the package is shaken

Include your name & contact info inside the package.

Make Sure your name & contact info is also placed on top of the Box from your chosen shipping courier

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Over-taping: Use minimal tape with pull tabs
  • Under-padding: Cards should not move when box is shaken
  • Wrong box size: Too large allows shifting, too small risks crushing
  • No tracking: Always get tracking
  • Poor addressing: Sloppy handwritten addresses cause delivery issues
  • No insurance: Protect high-value shipments with insurance
